• Consultations must be scheduled using the online booking system.
• You may reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee.
5. Cancellation Policy
• Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
• No Refunds: Cancellations within 48 hours of the consultation are not eligible for refunds.
6. Limitation of Liability
• While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
• To the maximum extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
