米国カリフォルニア州のサンディエゴ内のオフィスで、メンタルスキル・トレーニングとウェルネス関連のサービスを提供していましたが、COVID-19の影響による世界的なトレンドを受けて、2021年の9月から完全にバーチャルオフィスに切り替えて、一新スタートしました。
当オフィスの特徴として、メンタルスキル強化、ヒプノセラピー、メディテーション等を包括したマインドセット・メークオーバー（Mindset Makeover）という独自のアプローチを採用しています。各クライアントのニーズに合わせたマインドのリセット（思考体系の一新）作りのお手伝いで、コン サルティングを中心に、コーチングやヒプノセラ ピー(催眠療法)のサービスを提供。また、メディテーション関連のワークショップも過去に開催し、現在は、主に個別指導をオンライン形式にて実施しています。
ポジティブ心理学の視点から、ピーク・ パフォーマンスおよび潜在意識のポテンシャルにおける研究にも従事。メンタルスキル強化指導の一環としてヒプノセラピーを学び、その必要性と効果について期待できたことから、トレーニングを開始して資格を取得。現在は、米国心理学会(American Psychological Association)のSociety of Psychological Hypnosisに所属中です。
